A multi-vehicle accident involving an RTA bus yesterday afternoon is being investigated by officers.

The accident happened at the intersection of Edwin C. Moses Blvd. and Albany Street near Interstate 75.

According to officials, at least one person was removed from the accident and transported to Miami Valley Hospital. Details regarding the person’s injuries are unknown at this time.

Officials are unclear as to what caused the accident. The investigation is ongoing.

In May, the RTA settled a wrongful death suit with the family of a Cleveland man who died after he was struck by a commuter bus while walking in the crosswalk.
