Man Suffers Head Injury After Falling From His Roof

A man, 23, of Cuyahoga Falls suffered a severe head injury after allegedly falling from his roof. He was found in the street outside his home by a neighbor.

Southeast Ohio Emergency Medical Services and the Athens Police Department responded to the scene. He was transported to O’Bleness Memorial Hospital and then flown by medical helicopter to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

No information regarding his current condition is available, according to a Medical Center employee.

Officials are investigating the case. They ask anyone with information to please contact them.

Ball was listed as an Ohio University graduate in summer quarter 2008, according to a news release. Phone calls to his listed number in the OU directory were not answered.
