      <title>Travel Mugs Recalled By Life Is Good Co.</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml10/10030.html"&gt;Fall 2009 Newbury Travel Mugs&lt;/a&gt; manufactured by &lt;a href="http://www.lifeisgood.com/"&gt;Pow Can&lt;/a&gt;, have been recalled in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), because they can become too hot to the touch when filled with hot liquid, posing a burn hazard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To this date, the company has been notified of three reports of the mugs becoming excessively hot, including one complaint of a minor hand burn.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recall involves Newbury Travel Mugs sold in blue, green and orange with a navy blue lid. The Life is Good trademark is printed on the mug.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled mugs. And to contact the company for a credit or gift certificate equal to the amount of the original purchase.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Wireless Light Switches Recalled By Idea Village</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;More than 1.3 million &lt;a href="http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml10/10014.html"&gt;Handy Switch, Wireless Light Switches&lt;/a&gt; have been recalled by &lt;a href="http://www.handyswitchrecall.com/"&gt;Idea Village Products Corp&lt;/a&gt;. because the receiver, which fits into the outlet, can overheat posing a fire hazard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To this date, there have been 14 reports of overheating, including nine reports of fire and five reports of minor property damage, such as damaged bedding, curtains or walls.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recalled Handy Switch is model number KS-080. They were sold at mass merchandisers nationwide and through TV infomercials from March 2007 through July 2009.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Consumers should visit the &lt;a href="https://www.handyswitchrecall.com/"&gt;IdeaVillage Web site&lt;/a&gt; and fill out a form to initiate a free replacement. In the meantime the product should not be used.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Purdy Scrapers Recalled By Sherwin-Williams</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.sherwin-williams.com/"&gt;The Sherwin-Williams Co&lt;/a&gt;., in cooperation with the CPSC, announced a recall of &lt;a href="http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09291.html"&gt;Purdy 2 1/2&amp;quot; 4-Edge Scrapers&lt;/a&gt; because the body can break away from the handle when struck against a hard object, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recalled includes 76,000 scrapers manufactured by Allway Tools Inc., of New York.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To date, the company has received four reports of the scraper body separating from the handles; no injuries have been reported.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recalled scrapers are a 2 1/2&amp;quot; wide steel tool with a four-sided edge. They were sold in several stores nationwide from February through June 2009.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled items and to return them to any Sherwin-Williams store or the place of purchase for a free replacement.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;blockquote&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The hair dryers are not equipped with an immersion protection device to prevent electrocution if the hair dryer falls into water. Immersion protection devices, which prevent electrocution, are required by industry safety standards for all electric hand-held hair dryers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To date, the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recall includes National and Sanyo hand held hair dryers with the in following colors: blue, pink, white and black colors, with the following model numbers are: EH-5202, EH-5215, EH-5216, EH-7911, EH-7912, or EH-7913.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Consumers should return the hair dryers to the store of purchase for a free replacement or refund. In the meantime, consumers are advised not to use the recalled items to avoid injury.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Fluke Recalls Digital Clamp Meters</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.fluke.com/33Xrecall"&gt;Fluke Corp&lt;/a&gt;., in conjunction it the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), has announced a recall of more than 52,000 &lt;a href="http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09222.html"&gt;Fluke Digital Clamp Meters&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The meters can fail to give a correct voltage reading, which can result in the user falsely believing the power is off, posing a shock, electrocution or thermal burn hazard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To date, the company has not received any reports of injury but has received three reports of the meters displaying an incorrect voltage reading.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recall involves Fluke Digital Clamp Meters with the model and serial numbers listed below. The model number may be followed by an &amp;ldquo;A.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Senseo One-Cup Coffeemakers Recalled</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.senseoexchange.com/"&gt;Philips Consumer Lifestyle&lt;/a&gt;, in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalled Philps Senseo One-Cup Coffeemakers due to a &lt;a href="http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09194.html"&gt;burn hazard&lt;/a&gt; to consumers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to the CPSC, an electrical fault and the build-up of calcium from hard or medium water can cause an block in the coffeemaker. Should this happen, the boiler can burst, posing a burn hazard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To date, there have been no reports of injury in the U.S. Although the 17 incidents have been reported in Europe - six of which involved minor personal injury and first degree burns to the arms, hands and abdomen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The recalled coffeemakers sold at Safeway, Target and Wal-Mart, involve the Senseo one-cup coffeemakers with model number HD 7810, HD 7811, HD 7815, HD 7820, HD 7832, and HD 7890. Coffeemakers made in China have date codes 0727 through 0847; coffeemakers made in Poland have date codes 0627 through 0847.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Consumers are advised to stop using the products and contact the company directly for instructions on how to receive a free replacement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Remedy: &lt;/b&gt;Consumers should immediately stop using the coffeemakers and contact Philips for instructions on receiving a free replacement unit.&lt;/p&gt;
