A Dayton woman, 37, was killed in a two-car crash just after 10:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning at the intersection of Dryden Road and North Moraine Drive.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing, but officials believe one of the vehicles failed to yield, according to Sgt. Keith Leach of the Moraine Police Department.

The woman was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash. She died at the scene.

Three others were transported to a nearby hospital; the severity of their injuries is currently unknown. It took rescue workers more than 30 minutes to free the occupants trapped in one of the vehicles.
